WHAT IS RMA'S REFUND POLICY? 2024 REFUND POLICY As we hope you love your items, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your merchandise, we are here to help. RMA will offer exchanges on items for store credit, under the condition that the following circumstances are met: - Returned within 30 days of product delivery - Item must be unworn and in the same condition received - item must be in the original packaging with hang tag attached. Returns take 7 days to be processed. We do not offer refunds for any reason. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
